I liked how the chapters leading up to the final confrontation were very short. It added to the tension. I also liked how
(hide spoiler) Thomas was the one to wield the same sword Roland used against the dragon against Flagg.(show spoiler)
It was very appropriate. Nothing about the end was surprising, but I still enjoyed it.

I'm glad I finally read this book. It was creating a hole in my Stephen King Library of read books. :)

Shoot, I forgot to post my review here. Well, I´m finished as well and as flawed as this book is, it´s kind of a fun read.

I don´t know McCammon either. And I have absolutely not a clue how scary this book is going to be!
