Is the Psycop series overrated???? I don't want to get invested in another series if it's not all it's cracked up to be....It's another series with a lot of hype..

I was tempted to start Channeling Morpheus first because it looks shorter and I love vampires...I heard it's dark too. Are there any good PNR M/M books other than this? I LOVE PNR...always have an always will...

I thought Psycop was boring and predictable and Jacob was a card board cutout and the writing was shallow. I quit after one. *shrugs* Plenty of people love it, though.

I hear people talk about the Infected series by Andrea Speed a lot but somehow I've never got round to it. The premise sounds interesting.

The last m/m PNR I read was Blaque/Bleu. I wanted to kill it with fire.

Jesus it was so atrociously written. I remember thinking I'd fallen down the most fucked up kind of rabbit hole, reading all the gushing gif reviews on GR.

What was so bad about it? I'm curious about the "fucked up rabbit hole". That almost makes me want to read it to see what could inspire such a description.

Terrible writing. It's my trigger for fire killings. It's a pretty popular series though so you know, YMMV etc.

That premise sounds interesting. I would be upset if I read it and that went nowhere.
