Which thread are you referring to? I could ask them to separate it. It's difficult to set any kind of set standard on the discussion on this website as they have not yet implemented stickies or various other options that are the norm for a forum.

The full story on that wank was a thing worthy of the "fanficwank" Livejournal community. Every dramatic plot twist from accusations of trolls, to side-taking and secret pacts, to rumors of obsession and the angsty past of the writer in question as reason why people shouldn't critique his work.

It was an okay book but not something I would reread or add to a favorites shelf. You're not the only one. It was well-written but I found the plot messy, the twists uninspired and the romance subplot was superfluous. The fact that it was actually well-written is the only bar that it sets for me personally. Most M/M is not.
