Bought this cookbook because my oldest is vegetarian and prefers vegan. The recipes I've tried in this cookbook have all been easy to prepare and tasty.

I bought this book online from some discount reseller and the cover is plastered on backwards and upside down. It messes with my head every time I pull it out. I have found some really delightful recipes in this book. the best thing about it is the variety of options! Yes, I have found some recipes I didn't like, but that's bound to happen in any cookbook. Overall, I really like it, and there are some wonderful, useful tips throughout the book as well.
