Just finished my annual rereading of this classic. This book has been done and redone for movies and TV, so that it's almost become a cliche. And I am so glad I did! This book, as is the case with most books, is much better than any adaption ever done, I am ...

They say "better late than never". I'd say better sooner than too late. A couple decades too late. Thumbs up for P.J. Lynch's illustrations though.
