Read the blurb and thought to myself: Why does this sound so unbelievably familiar? Read one review stating in detail why this book is practically a rip-off of "Shelter". And I loved "Shelter". More than I can say. So, no. Not even going to try, even if it might be a great book.
4.5 StarsAudiobook - Thank you Elsbeth!I just want to reach through the computer...Just super sweet. The inner monologue of Bear is just priceless and so well read by Sean. <3Main complaint is just personal...for me an audiobook is best served as a re-read...I feel like I miss too much with the aud...

- Narrator - Sean Crisden I’m so glad I read this book as an audiobook. Sean Crisden, the narrator did a terrific job. How he mastered all those different characters… It was fabulous. I think this book otherwise would have been a difficult read for me, especially with the inner-voice of Bear!!!So, t...
I loved this book. I don't remember when was the last time that I cried and laughed so much. My emotions were all over the place. I didn't just have a couple of stray tears, I cried in HD. And my laughing, I'm sure I resembled a looney bin escapee. The dynamics of this group of friends is just ...

I thought the chemistry between Bear and Otter was perfect. Bear had this sarcastic wit about him tha...
I was emotionally drained after reading this book. TJ ran me through the ringer of emotions. My goodness. Of course now I gotta read the next book. Agh!

One night, when he is 8, he goes to Creed's house to sleep. That’s where he meets Otter, the brother.Years afte...
I am not sure it is fair to rate this, because I gave up at 60%. I tried.... I really tried...One of the things that did not work for me was the writing style. It was overly detailed and therefore very boring at times. And the flashback told from Bear's POV about what Otter was telling him? Huh, con...
