Washington's Spies: The Story of America's First Spy Ring by Alexander Rose. After the last disastrous pick I am excited to start something that I know I am going to like. I do love fiction but at heart I am a non-fiction girl. I put this book in my tbr pile back when the show Turn premiered. I never ended up watching the show but I always knew I wanted to read the book.

So, this isn't really a "sit down and read right through" kinda book. It gets a little dry, a little dense and (shhhh...) a little boring. I've not picked it up in ages, which I'm comfortable with, but I'm sick of seeing it hovering on my page.

So, over the weekend I stumbled upon the AMC marathon of TURN and then binge watched 9 episodes. (Yes, that was shamefully slothful, but it was rainy and I'm weak.) It was kinda awesome, I'm completely hooked...so much so that I immediately bought the book the series was based on. Now, I can't seem to stop reading the book...

It might be time for a revolution intervention.
