He + She by Michelle Warren

I loved it! I really-really loved it!
That was my last coherent thought before drifting off to sleep after finishing reading it, late into the night. And I really recommend this story from the bottom of my heart!

Beautiful. Heartwarming. Funny. Romantic. Crazily cute. Emotional. Perfect. That’s all He+She is… and more.

Why is it that, you ask?
Because of the quality of the writing. The fleshed-out, full of life characters. The open and funny conversations. The freshness of the plot even. The cuteness surrounding the couple. The heartbreak in their past and the hope for their future..

Taken piece by piece or as a whole, it is absolutely perfect!

A free-spirited romance about soul-awakening second chances, heartbreak, and hopeful beginnings...

Reading progress update: I've read 7%.
Wander Dust - Michelle Warren

I am seven percent into this book and I am already thinking about DNF'ing...not because the writing is horrible but because I am just not interested right now.

Maybe I should read the next book in que instead.

Seeing Light: The Seraphina Parrish Trilogy, Book 3
Seeing Light - Michelle Warren As with all my reviews on books of a series...please do not read this review if you haven't read the previous 2 books!

If going to hell and back is what Sera has to do, then so be it. Nocturna is hell, but it holds the answers Sera seeks. What she finds there is beyond anything she ever imagined. But it is who she finds there that is a game changer. Now there is added pressure to righting the wrongs of the Society. Even though the outcome of their future is uncertain, this is something Sera has to do. Thankfully she doesn't have to go it alone...she has the help of her team.

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it! I held out hope for Turner and was rewarded greatly... in the form of a Hologram. Ok, so it isn't the real thing. But hey, it is better than no Turner, am I right? I fell so in love with him in the last book and was absolutely devastated when he died. But I held out hope that we hadn't seen the last of him. And Warren pulled an Ace out of her fictional sleeve and Boom! Hologram Turner. But that is all I am saying. Read the book and see why I love that he is back, sort of.

This story blew me away. I loved everything about it, even though some of it was a tad bit confusing. (All the different wandering and how some people came to be and what not.) But it didn't stop me from giving all my love to the story. Yes, LOVED this book so much! Warren ended this amazing series with such an amazing book. We get the answers we've been craving from the beginning and how it all ends will just astound you.

If you have been following this series from the beginning then you are probably itching to read this one. And rightly so. You will want to read it to see how it all ends and I can promise you this....you will love every minute of it. Lives will be jeopardized, romance will be had, and the suspense will have your heart hammering in your chest! 5 Wonderful Stars!!

pretty decent although if you don't like cliches skip this
Wander Dust - Michelle Warren

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. My attention was first brought to this book when I was stalking a friend's shelf. The cover grabbed my attention (I'll admit it. I am a complete cover whore) and after reading the synopsis I was further intrigued.

As someone who is somewhat vary of self-published books, I didn't expect much when I divided in, even though I was curious, I went in hoping this wouldn't be a case of  'curiosity killed the cat' and it wasn't. This book was pretty good. It had it's faults, as well as the obvious cliches but it still managed to stand out.

After a couple of incidents, her aunt comes to pick her up and she is sent to a prestigious 'secret' academy. She finds out that she is a wanderer and she is part of a team with a protector and a seer. They all work together to travel through time. Each member has their own talents. A seer, for example, uses their ability to see the timelines of inanimate objects to find appropriate relics that will help the protector and wanderer travel through time. The job of a protector, is obviously to protect the wanderer and the wanderer is the one who has the ability to travel. Sound interesting? Hells yeah. The idea of teams working together to travel through time was really interesting to me.

As someone who is somewhat of a nerd, I can be a little touchy about the idea of time travel so I tend to be very picky but I can say without a doubt Michelle pulled it off. She weaves a believable story and there weren't any holes. You might find yourself wondering what was happening at one moment and later on the book it is explained. She doesn't leave any lose ends. Everything fit together.

The characters were pretty great as well. I had some problems with Sera from time to time but in the end it all worked out, I didn't hate her. She was determined and never let Max (I refuse to call him Bishop) distract her from her goals. She could occasionally be stupid in the way teenagers tend to be but she never went over the top.

And I am happy to say that this book didn't end on a major cliffhanger. Cliffhangers bother me. Unless they are well done, which is so rare that I shouldn't even mention it. It leaves us curious and with questions but it isn't overly dramatic.

I have read the next two books in the series and while those two didn't work out for me I would recommend the first book.
