My Thoughts.....
What a read that will definitely leave you 'speechless.' The characters from Linx, Reesee, Angel, Vincent to Harriet to name a few will definitely give the reader quite a dramatic read. I don't know who I felt more sorrier for between Reesee and Angel. To me they both were quite a trip! Those two....Linx and Vincent ...really? Anyway we are left with a cliffhanger... 'To be continued....So, we are left wondering what is happening! So, be ready for a very interesting read that will keep you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next with these characters..

"Forever Is The Worst Long Time" by Camille Pagan
My Thoughts....
This was a read of emotions, love, friendship, betrayal, tragic, loss,regret, forgiveness with three main characters: James, Lou and Rob who were all far from perfect.  With their stupid mistakes they made, along with some crazy decisions will they ever be able to stop all of the hurting that is going on among these friends? This author gives the reader quite a complex plot that is well developed with surprises that goes in unexpected ways with surprises, celebrations as well as disappointments that will have you at some time shaking your head.  By the end  of this story the reader gets quite a heart breaking, wrenching story that will also be very thought provoking and also engaging read from 'lack of closeness in relations, ruined friendships, death and loss'.  What else can be said about this story is the choices that one makes in there life can turn out to be short and or long term consequences.  'Life is short and it is what you make of it... for one must make it count.'

My Thoughts....
My, my, my what a emotional dramatic read this author gives to the reader. I will say this was one of those reads that had me on pins and needles all the way through it. At times I didn't know whether to feel sorry for the heroine [Clarye] or not because at time she seemed so lost and would not listen to anyone that was trying to help her I did find it quite interesting that even though she had polio that didn't seem to be her main problem with the men who came into her life. That physical abuse that she received from her boyfriends to husbands was simply off the chart horrible. YES, you can say that Clarye really knew what real PAIN was but in all of that will she find someone to love her? What really troubled me about this novel is that many women are really living through such 'violent experiences' and often it isn't dealt with the correct way, staying just hoping it will get better. I was so happy when Gavin came into her life. Now, I will say to really get all of this story you will have to pick up this novel and see how well this author presents it to the readers. It will definitely be one of those reads that you will think about long after the read. I will say this was a hard read even causing me to tear up at times and still this novel was well written by this author as she gives a well developed and oh so believable read that it will keep your attention to the end.
