No, ma'am it's not 48 review likes -- it's 681 [UPDATE: 1,025]

Silly rabbit, Trix™ are for kids.  And clueless-about-customer-service author, consumer book reviews are for readers.  (it's not 48 review likes -- it's 681 and counting...)

And my lovely author friends who do get it are sadly bemoaning what the potential sales and possibilities of those 681+ potential readers could have been for authors who don't call their customers bitches and call for the troops to attack them ...

681 followers + their followers + their followers' followers (ya know, viral marketing and the very reason authors want reviews on book sites and social media? ) ... what many authors would love to leverage and hate to have leveraged against them.

Author response to a reviewer star-rating their book as "okay"

FYI fgoodreads prohibits professional reviews; there is no down voting to get a review hidden ("flag" on goodreads is the same as "report abuse" on Amazon).

Review in question if you want to judge for yourself and *snark* also flag it -- because *snark* why would anyone like it (which is sort of goodreads' equivalent to Amazon upvoting) -- http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/1608577862?ref=ru_lihp_lk_rv_3_mclk-up3044652454
