Blue Dream Strain Review
The blue dream terpenes have a sativa dominant strain, and it is a cross between Blueberry and Haze. It has a sweet, fruity, berry-like taste to it. As it contains the Haze strain, it gives relaxation, happiness after consumption. But at the same time, it does not make anyone droopy or drowsy. It is probably one of the reasons why it is used to relieve pain without altering the mindset or mood of the person.

How Do They Look?

The buds are bushy, long, with a dark bluish-green hue. The color is intense, making it unique and appealing to the eyes. They have a distinctive smell, almost like a blueberry pie. The smell makes it stand out from other similar types of products. The buds have orange, amber hairs that surround the body. There are white, sticky trichomes covering the leaves.

What Makes These Buds Unique?

Blue dream terpenes have a unique fruity smell that is earthy, floral, yet sweet at the same time. It tastes way sweeter than the smell, unlike other buds, which do not taste the way they smell. The fruity, refreshing flavor is the reason for its immense popularity. The bud derives its scent, taste from the terpenes of the cannabis plant. The natural oils contribute to the various effects, flavors, and scents of the different strains. Myrcene gives the product its refreshing berry flavor. Myrcene and Linalool together make the buds so much sweeter than other products.

It is a high, potent strain that helps to relieve depression, stress, specific pains, and anxiety. A hybrid strain offers to help you relax as well as prevents you from feeling droopy or tired. If you want to use it to relieve physical pain, you may consult your medical supervisor for advice. The bud gives you a rush and high for the entire body. It also works as an anti-inflammatory drug; it opens up the blood-brain obstruction making it very easy for a person to feel its effects. The Haze strain is responsible for making you feel rejuvenated and energized despite the overall calming effect.

Are There Any Side-Effects To Using Blue Dream Buds?

You are free to use these buds without the fear of harmful side effects. However, some might experience a dry throat, so keep some water for instant refreshment. Please abstain from driving or other physically exhausting work after consuming the buds. What Are The Effects Of The Blue Dream?

Blue Girl on a Night Dream Sea
Blue Girl on a Night Dream Sea - Ginny Fite

Elena Labat is a special forces Police in New York City. She is called in to duty when a large scale terrorist attack rocks the City in multiple locations. Elena knows that there is more to this attack then what she can see. After an explosion, Elena is left confused and eventually unconscious. While Elena is unconscious, she is thrown into the world of her ancestor, the story of Hana that her mother told her as a child. Hana lived 4,000 years ago in Lebanon. Hana is unique due to her blue eye color and is coveted by the King. The King has demanded Hana be sent to him on her 12th birthday. Her parents comply and Hana is sent on the dangerous trek through the desert with a guide from Sidon, Danel. Reaching the palace, she is placed in service to the Queen, soon to be given over to the Prince. Hana wants more to her life, freedom and purpose. She will fight for these things, but finds herself needing help after getting kidnapped. Elena enters Hana's life from her coma and helps Hana escape, however when Elena wakes up from her coma she is left longing for Hana's life and reassurance that she is happy.

Blue Girl on a Night Dream Sea is the story of two strong and courageous women 4,000 years apart. The writing alternates viewpoints between Elena in the present and Hana in ancient Lebanon. At first, the connection between the two women is not apparent and it is like reading two separate, though compelling stories. Usually in dual-time stories, I am drawn towards one story more than the other, however I felt equally drawn towards each woman's story and was constantly wondering what had happened to one character while I was reading about the other. I was amazed at how the writing was able to portray both women as strong and firmly rooted within their time period. When their stories finally do intersect, Elena finds a deeper meaning in life and Hana is able to tap into a deep inner strength. I really enjoyed that this was more than just a time-slip story, but a story of two heroic women connected through time. Overall, Blue Girl on a Night Dream Sea is a thrilling dual-time adventure with well-written, amazing female characters.

Perfect Blue novels - English translations coming out in 2018
Perfect Blue: Complete Metamorphosis - Yoshikazu Takeuchi
Perfect Blue: Awaken from a Dream - Yoshikazu Takeuchi

This is old news, but I just came across it while looking over my library's collection of anime DVDs.

Seven Seas Presents the Two Original PERFECT BLUE Novels by Yoshikazu Takeuchi

I hadn't realized that Satoshi Kon's movie Perfect Blue was originally based on a novel (or both novels?). Considering that it's my least favorite of Kon's movies, mostly because of how dark it is, I might not like the books much. However, I still plan on giving them a shot when they're released.

Elizabeth Berg: Dream When You're Feeling Blue
Dream When You're Feeling Blue - Elizabeth Berg

I picked this up because I am a fan of Berg's other books, but I found this novel disappointing. It didn't add anything to my understanding of the war years (I have watched many movies from the 1940s), and without that setting as a novel framing device, the reader must rely on the interior life of the characters for the success of the novel. Unfortunately, the fact that the war is going on was pretty much the only interesting traits the characters had.

Honestly, watch Mrs. Miniver instead. (And The Miracle of Morgan's Creek for Tish's story!)

Dream When You're Feeling Blue
Dream When You're Feeling Blue - Elizabeth Berg

Why I liked this book so much. Because it had sister in it. Tish, Kitty & Louise. I found myself drawn in to their family and looked forward to seeing what they were doing everyday. What makes it different is the time it takes place. The time of WWII. I loved reading all the things that were involved with that era. I have to tell you , I never really felt bonded with the main girl, Kitty. She always felt a little stand-offish. With that being said, I'm not happy with pages 268 & 269. That's right , those two pages. I actually thought I missed something and had to go back and read it again. If it weren't for those pages I could feel good about my rating, but then again I did like the book and I read it in two nights. I'm gonna give it the higher rating. But darn it I was so mad!
