In review of the exact same scenario that could easily and arguably be labeled under matters of assault and armed robbery, a gentleman whom is iconic within in a community is victimized by another citizen and pressure is placed on local authorities to make an arrest. However, new light unfolds into the mystery of the case immediately following the completion of court proceedings. Now, following the arrest of a man fitting the description (which was originally given to authorities by the victim), the criminal justice system and rights of the accused are briefly revisited to foretell the ideal circumstance of a convicted defendant… one where he or she is let off the hook on a technicality, and more so, a consequence of prosecutorial misconduct.
