It's a game that's been played here once before, in 2017 -- like Monopoly, but with book-related tasks. (Most of the time, it's "read a book matching requirements ABC when you hit squares XYZ", but like in the real Monopoly, there are some extra bits when you land on special squares.)

She likes to twist and twirl things, and she's already announced she's going to do that here, too (see
http://moonlightreader.booklikes.com/post/1881729/summer-game-time), so some of the rules are doubtlessly going to change and there will probably also be a couple of new squares, but I think in order to get a basic idea of the game, the above-linked posts will still be a good place for you to start.
If you're thinking about participating in the game, you really need to follow her blog, though, if you aren't already -- she'll often make announcements there before they get copied here (or without coyping them here at all). Besides, she's just a heck of a blogger. :)
