Despite the nature of the remarks, whether truthful or slanderous and libel, corporations have a history of responding to the incident The theory of Crisis Communication is discussed with a firm understanding of how other communication theories edify and support the idea of Crisis Communication Theory. Several authors contribute to the definition of a crisis and what options are available to an organization. The research in crisis management is far from complete; two ideas are given to pursue alternatives to further comprehend activity in the face of crises.
