Truly Madly Mine (Swoon Series Book 4) by: J.H. Croix
Truly Madly Mine (Swoon Series Book 4) - J.H. Croix

Truly Madly Mine is J.H. Croix at her best. Wade and Dani have been dancing around the inevitable for far too long and I am glad to finally understand how their waltz began. From young love to adult heartache, Croix takes hearts through the turbulent fire of love that refuses to burn it's flame out. Wade and Dani fight their way through battle scars that run deep enough to swim in. No one does unpredictable like Croix. From heartache to heartwarming, indulgent and chaotic, Croix and her stories baracade themselves so deep inside a heart, that her characters refuse to let go.

Watching Mine by Alex Grayson
Watching Mine (The Consumed Series Book 3) - Alex Grayson,Hot Tree Editing

This is my first book by Alex and what a book it was. Watching Mine is the third book in the series, which I didn’t realise at the time, but having said that it is easily read as a stand alone though the other characters intrigue me so I will have to check out the other books.

Nathan is a voyeur and loves nothing more than watching people have sex, and for the past 2 years he has been watching his neighbour from the darkness of his apartment. A chance encounter with said neighbour, twice in one day no less, makes him yearn for her in way he never thought of before.

This book is definitely a hot read, that despite your best efforts, will leave you hot and bothered. I loved Nathan and is unconventional kink, which yes is not to everyone’s taste but that is the beauty of this series each character has their own and Grayson certainly did an outstanding job at telling Nathan’s story.

Book Review for Watching Mine by Alex Grayson
Watching Mine (The Consumed Series Book 3) - Alex Grayson,Hot Tree Editing

                      Title: Watching Mine
Series: Consumed Series
Author: Alex Grayson
Genre: Erotic Romance
Release Date: January 19, 2018

My name is Nathan Reines… and I’m a voyeur. Yes, I like to watch people have sex. Witnessing the desire on their faces as they writhe in pleasure makes my blood hotter than the hottest flame. There’s nothing more erotic than seeing their bodies tighten and tremble as they balance on the edge of ecstasy. It makes my dick as hard as fucking steel.

I’ve never been tempted to have a lasting relationship with a woman—why get involved when watching from the sidelines is so fucking hot? But from the first time I watched the woman in the apartment across from mine, I knew she was different. She teases me with her soft touches and gentle caresses. She tempts me with her silent moans and sexy whimpers. She excites me, and makes me want more than I ever have before.

For two years, I refused to give in to my curiosity. That is, until fate took things in her own twisted hands. Now that I know what it’s like to experience Emberleigh in the flesh, there’s no damn way I could ever go back to simply watching.

This was another great read in this continuing series.I have to say that I really love this authors writing. I was glued to the story from the very first pages and never put the book down until I was finished it.This was one hot as hell read!

The sparks and the chemistry and those sizzling dark looks were evident from the moment their eyes met. Emberleigh and Nathan's chemistry was off the charts and if you were standing in a room with them you could feel the heat up close and personal. There is secret each one is holding back from voicing but, what neither realizes is that they have been doing a sensual dance between them for sometime now.

I loved the characters from the onset of the story as they both were easy to like and love.I have to mention that I love the other characters in this series as well and that I love the amazing relationship that they have with one another.Since their first meeting they were fast friends who shared similar sexual desires and play together when the need arises and are able to play with those they trust.

Emberleigh turned out to be my favorite character.I just loved how she just let her sexual inhibitions go when she she new someone was watching.I love how she was willing to explore a side of herself she never new existed a little bit at a time. She never really thought she would enjoy but ,realized it only enhanced her own sexual desires. And with the past she has had to overcome to put that much in a man she barely knows was a huge stepping stone for her.
I found her to be sexy as sin,love-able,bright,loving,sensual as well as sexual and you got to love her for the scarifies she has made on behalf of another.

Nathan OMG! that man was hot as hell!.Voyeurism was his kink! That man was sex on a stick for sure and someone to definitely make a girls panties wet just by staring right into those smoldering dark eyes of his. I loved the heat he created when with Emberleigh and most of all loved the possessiveness she brought out in him .This was definitely a first for this player. How the mighty fall...LOL If I wasn't half in love with Nathan myself already when we learned Emberleigh's secrets and he stood by her I would have been right then and there from that moment on.That man melted my heart !

We loved this sizzling read from cover to cover and this was one highly erotic read that has you fanning yourself more than once through out this story.

HOT HOT HOT

A recommended read to all as well as the other books in this series. This author writes great erotica reads and is one of my go to authors when I am in for one really hot and scorching read. This story moves to the keeper pile.

Well Done!

Alex Grayson is the bestselling author of heart pounding, emotionally gripping contemporary romance including the Jaded Series, the Consumed Series, and two standalone novels. Her passion for books was reignited by a gift from her sister-in-law. After spending several years as a devoted reader and blogger, Alex decided to write and independently publish her first novel in 2014 (an endeavor that took a little longer than expected). The rest, as they say, is history.

Originally a southern girl, Alex now lives in Ohio with her husband, two children, two cats and dog. She loves the color blue, homemade lasagna, casually browsing real estate, and interacting with her readers. Visit her website, www.alexgraysonbooks.com, or find her on social media!

Watching Mine by Alex Grayson
Watching Mine (The Consumed Series Book 3) - Alex Grayson,Hot Tree Editing

Watching Mine by Alex Grayson is the Third book in "The Consumed" series. This is the story of Nathan and Emberleigh.
I have not yet the previous books in this series so for me this is a standalone book.
Nathan likes to watch people in intimate encounters....he is labeled a voyeur. A few years ago he happens to see his neighbor out of his window having a sexual encounter. Nathan from then on watched her for a few years although he didn't see her bring back a man to her apartment again. But every Tuesday he gets a show from her that he enjoys. But when he happens to meet his neighbor, Emberleigh he finds that he wants to be more active in his encounters with her. Nathan is no longer happy to just watch her from a far. Emberleigh has some darkness in her past and being with Nathan helps to bring that out to deal with it. This book does have a few twist and one that I found hard to put down. I will be looking for more book by this author.

Sacrifice of Mine by Janeal Falor
Sacrifice of Mine (Mine #4) - Janeal Falor

The final book in the story of Chardonia is a sad one. Bethany has been captured, tarnished, and finds herself in a very very very very (I can't say enough very's here) bad place. But she's also in a good place to try and help the resistance from within the heart of Chardonia. But a lot of lives will be placed on the line because of it.

Unfortunately, the editing errors in this one were really bad. There were times I think she mixed up the two countries of Chardonia and Envado, because otherwise parts just wouldn't make sense. The ending was also a little off. It seemed to just "poof" wrap up with a nice bow. Yes, there was a lot leading up to it, but once we got to the top, it just all dropped off really fast.

I really enjoyed this series. It leans more towards a fantasy than a romance, but each story had a nice little romance that weaves through it and really made a different set of characters stand out in a nice way.
