Done with this series
Optimus Prime #25 - John Barber

And only because this is the last issue.   Very sad.   At the same time, I'm happy that it didn't get dragged on so long that it became tedious or stale.   So again, mixed feelings, but mostly I want to cry revisiting that this was the final issue.

Highly recommend this series, though.

I'm torn
Optimus Prime #24 - Andrew Griffith,John Barber

This is coming to a close - but it's so good.   So how good it is makes me happy, while the fact that this series is coming to an end?   Makes me so sad I could curl up into a ball and weep.

All.  Day.   Long.

Anything I say about this, as far as plot and all, seems so wrapped up in previous issues and the Unicron mini-series that ends this all, so I'm not going to say.  I'm just going to say that I have mixed feelings about this all.

Only two more to go...
Optimus Prime #23 - Priscilla Tramontano,John Barber

Then Unicron.  I have a couple issues that I think are not of this continuity and more aligned with the movie, possibly, but not much left.   It's sad, but again, good.   The character development is just top notch, and it goes to show that this was a labor of love; they could have phoned it in because they knew it was ending, and they did not.   Lovely, lovely work here!

Continues to be excellent
Optimus Prime #22 - Sara Pitre-Durocher,John Barber

I'm saddened by the end of this continuity; the new one is not nearly as good so far.   But I am happy that this continues to be excellent right up to the end, so at least I have that, a nice, tight, clean ending to this universe...

Hilarious!
Optimus Prime Annual 2018 - John Barber

Thundercracker finally gets to make a movie - although it's Starscream who hires TC to make a heroic epic out of the mess that is Starscream's past.

And it's as wonderfully hilarious as you'd expect.

This is going to be a reread, no doubt.
