One of my favourite scary movie is Odd Thomas. 

I know it is from a book, but didn't come across it until a few days ago.

Surprise surprise. It is not only a book, it is in a book series. 

Could only find one in the bookstore. If I like it, would continue to find more.

Lucifer the TV series is wonderful.

Lucifer is a character trying to live his day with freedom and free will, and escape from the dictatorship and tyranny of god. 

Great show. I would like to read the series now, thank you very much.

A few days ago (August 1, 2014), I saw John Dean speak about his new book in an uptown book store.   It was one of the best, most revealing and fascinating sessions of its kind that I've ever attended.     Afterwards, he autographed my copy of "THE NIXON DEFENSE" and we chatted a bit.    

Watergate represented for me, as an 8-year old elementary school student in 1973, my political awakening.
