Day 2 listening and it's not any better. 13 more disks to go. Oh, the inhumanity!!
Based on a couple of reviews, I had to pick this one and read it. It's just okay. I give it a 2.5 star. The Ms. Nicolaus wrote a convoluted plot with very little humiliation and not enough sexual degradation for me. I kept hoping for more medical play and it is not to be. No pegging, no violation and a questionable castration. It's as if the story is just getting good and it ends.
Although probably uncomfortable for some, and thus easy to chalk off as sensationalist, this book is a valuable observation of the American ethos of punishment.
