It's been (pretty much) a month since I quit smoking

I guess I stopped keeping track of the days/weeks it's been. I guess that's a good thing.

 

Still want a ciggarette, still chewing gum. It's not a physical craving anymore, but a mental/emotional. I'm willing to sell my soul for a smoke, still.

It's been seven days since my last ciggarette

I am starting to get better at resisting cravings, the sad part is that I mentally miss it. I miss the feel of it on my fingers, and the ritual-pattern of it.

 

Nicorette gum has been helpful so far.

 

The patches have made me sick, and the e-ciggs just make it worse. I always want to smoke a real ciggarette after.
