Romance with a twist
SEAL'd Honor (Brotherhood of SEAL'd Hearts) - Gabi Moore

A Navy Seal with secrets and a retired journalist - what can possibly go wrong? Or maybe the question is what can possibly go right?

In a time when you can't open a newsletter or browse a book website without seeing a multitude of Navy Seal romances, I'll admit to becoming a bit tired of the same old story. Then we have Gabi Moore, who gives us the sexy Navy Seal along with a bit of darkness, some suspense and intrigue, and steamy times that are nothing short of scorching hot. Kay and Jack are both a bit jaded by life and circumstances. They've suffered loss and betrayal, so it's not easy for either of them to trust. When Jack begins to reveal a secret that proves dangerous to anyone who knows it, possible betrayal may be the least of their worries.

Wonderfully written and utterly riveting, this newest addition to the Brotherhood of SEAL'd Hearts series is romance with a twist and impossible to put down.

Nice addition to the series
SEAL'd Fate (Brotherhood of SEAL'd Hearts) - Gabi Moore

Gabi Moore gives us another entertaining, sexy read in the Brotherhood of SEAL'd Hearts series with SEAL'd Fate. Hugo and Rebecca get a second shot at doing things right, but they have quite a journey to get there. They way they "run-in" to each other is certainly not planned, especially by our playboy, but it certainly adds an amusing touch to the story. Considering those circumstances, Rebecca has every reason to put off by her former love and doesn't hesitate to say so. What follows is a lesson in growing up for Hugo as he realizes what he wants and learning to let go a bit for the no-nonsense Rebecca. Naturally, as this learning process takes place, the heat level is off the charts! We also get the added touch of snippets from the past at the beginning of each chapter, showing just how good this pair is together and the depth of their feelings, even when they don't realize it.

All- in- all, another great addition to the series!

Great addition to the series
SEAL'd Legacy (Brotherhood of SEAL'd Hearts) - Gabi Moore

We get something with this May/December romance that we don't see very often - the woman is the December part of the pair, and it's done so very well. Ally isn't a cougar by any stretch of the imagination. She's been through a lot, and for a single mother in the workforce, she has an interesting innocence about her. In fact, both characters are not what we see so often in romance. David is wise beyond his years, having seen his own share of troubles. The romance is a bit of a slow build, but when David and Ally heat up, they are Kindle melting hot. But, David and Ally's story isn't just about the romance. There's so much more packed in these pages and as she so often does, Moore touches on some dark topics that certainly tug on the emotions, topics that are not only current, but also quite prevalent in today's society. I won't go into detail on that because that would spoil it and this is one that shouldn't be spoiled. To sum it up, SEAL'd Legacy is a romance, but it's also a breaking away from the things that hold you back, overcoming adversity and hate, and making a life surrounded by people that lift us up story. Of course, it's not all serious. There's plenty of scorching, sexy fun and some chuckle inducing dialogue between these characters to keep things from getting too dark.

This reader will be anxiously awaiting the next book in the series!

Sweet and Sexy
SEAL'd Trust (Brotherhood of SEAL'd Hearts) - Gabi Moore

This one was a bit different than what I've come to expect from this author, but it's just as good. Max and Kate's story does have a touch of darkness, but the story is lighter than Moore's usual fare. SEAL'd Trust is more about what comes after the darkness, after you break away from the bad and start a life with hope. Max and Kate don't start out as lovers and as the story progresses, we get to see a friendship develop - one that gradually becomes more. Max is certainly an alpha male. He's sexy and tough, but he also has a softer side that is quite lovable. Given Kate's recent past, she has some serious trust issues to work through and Max may be just the thing she needs, whether she realizes it or not. This couple is so good together and when they come together, it's off the charts steamy with a touch of sweetness thrown in.

To sum it up, SEAL'd Trust is kind of an enemies to friends to lovers romance. It's sweet and sexy with a bit of humor. It's not just about romance, but about living life with hope and finding that special someone to spend that life with. With a good flow, great characters, and witty dialogue, this one is certainly a page turner and I loved every single word!

Hurts so good
Call to Engage: A Romance Novel (Seal Brotherhood Novel) - Tawny Weber

This is the 2nd book in the Team Poseidon series.  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding of the series & characters, I recommend reading this fast paced series in order.

Elijah has a lot going on at work and in his personal life.  He comes home to rest, and runs smack into his ex.  He may be ready to make major changes in his life.  If only he could decide between the professional and the personal that haunt him.

Ava is completely turned upside down to see her ex-husband.  Too many memories just bombard her at the sight of him.  Can she forgive and forget?  It is obvious they still feel something for one another.... and hopefully they won't set anything but themselves on fire with all this heat.

Such an incredible series!  This book shows that not only is this series getting hotter, but the author just kicks it up a notch with each story.  I felt for the characters in this book.  I could tell they needed one another.  And...the sparks.... well let's just say you may want to read this on with the fan facing you.  Something for everyone in this story.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
