There's a faculty member at my university who's starting a course on Japanese anime soundtracks (I think - I'm getting most of this info thirdhand). For various reasons, he's having us buy the associated movies and shows rather than the soundtracks themselves. When I heard this book was coming out, I told his liaison librarian that she should suggest it to him, and he agreed that we should purchase it.

And now it's in my hands. It's a skinny little thing, and I might decide to read it myself at some point in the future.

It is FREE to enjoy, and I believe Booktrack has an app for your devises. I try to make the soundtrack as cunning an auditory experience as possible---just like radio theatre :D---so please enjoy the one for ICE DEMON as well. Happy Valentine's! :)

This is going to be an interesting book. 

One of my clients gives points toward gift cards as incentives to take on work during especially busy times, and I recently redeemed one for a few new books from Amazon. 

The X-Files Season 10, volume 1: This comic book was imperative to filling that X-Files-shaped-hole in my and my husband's hearts; a few weeks ago we finished watching the series on Netflix and finished with the 2008 movie. We haven't started reading this yet, but I wonder if we will cuddle up together to do so at 10 pm as was our ritual with the episodes. I hope so. :)

Frozen: Music from the Motion Picture Soundtrack: I got this after being frustrated trying to learn to play "Let it Go" using online notations, because sitting in front of a computer while playing guitar isn't very fun. However, the songs look so hard to play on guitar that I almost sent it right back immediately upon its receipt. Then I thought I should at least TRY. But then I found out there's an easy version, and I'm wondering if I should go back to my initial plan to send it back. I can try the easy version instead! Unfortunately, there's no "look inside" feature or reviews, so it's hard to know whether the easy version is any good. :/ Still on the fence about what will become of this long-awaited addition to my music collection.
