Olivia Carter and Mason Parker go back a ways. They knew each other from the same small town growing up. There was a night back in high school, he even rescued her from a brutal attack.

There is so much more to the story for Mason, but Olivia does not even remember most of that night. Her father was part of a string of lies that led to a friend's death and Mason and his co-horts paid a horrible price for a crime they did not committ.

Olivia now owns a bridal shop, Forever, and to keep it running she lies about an amazing boyfriend who rekindles a love from the past. One day out of the blue, Mason appears and offers her a deal to make this story true.

They have both been attracted to one another since long ago. Acting on it now just makes sense. Or does it? Olivia wants to protect her shop, the only real connection she still has to her late mother. While Mason has a debt he intends to repay - no matter who is in the way to do it.

Only problem on either side is they cannot get enough of each other once the kissing starts. The sizzle and heat between them literally could set the sheets on fire! But trust issues and their past will get in the way. Can they overcome the other secrets they have yet to unravel and solve a mystery that is keeping them both from moving on?
