Again, you cannot throw this at me without me demanding at least a top four. These books all constitute experiences that are the sort that keep me reading, looking for the next book that will send me into paroxysms of bookish joy.

Day 27 - The most surprising plot twist or ending

Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk. He is a master at twists, but I don’t think it was ever more evident than here. This book is chocked full of unexpected turns, and I don’t want to give any of it away, because that’s the what makes the whole experience extra fun. Out of everything I’ve read by him, this was the book that kept me wide-eyed every time some new thing was brought to light.
