Yeah if you go to the Explore part of Booklikes you can end up finding a ton of new people with low follower counts. I am going to try to add at least 5-10 a week that are actually reviewing books.
I was culling spam followers and almost this one because of the account name - EscAPE FROM ER. I thought it was selling some health product. Fortunately, I checked and it's real. I can't see the stats on number of followers but I thought I'd drop the account here just in case.
She just showed up in my followers list (without notification, which usually means it's an auto-assign) but has reviews going back to last year, at least. So does her Timeline, so I'm not sure if she's new or not, but she seems active and has only 2 followers.
