Edit: I flagged the thread. The KDP forum wasn't created so people could pick fights with each other. Several people were eventually banned for misusing it.

In Maggie´s world, NGU = Normal Goodreads Users, as opposed to the "bullies". It´s either black or white in her world & with her narrow-minded views of everything she suffers probably from the delusion of expertise, authority and importance.* :)

Exactly! Why else would an author keep those emails except to spam readers? If readers want authors sending them info, they'll sign up for mailing lists.

She seems to think that Mahala commenting that the mother and sister(I think) posting reviews without disclosing the family relationship was against TOS, and then reporting/flagging said reviews, is proof of Mahala threatening/harassing her mother and her sister.

Or something along those lines.
That is a horrible sentence.

She has also now received a few more not so flattering reviews. One of her KDP supporters, Germanine Pugh, commented on 2 under the pen name "sagitario".
