We will figure something out, but this is such a great idea. Loved the suggestions for states and countries.
GMTA, because I was thinking the same thing last night! Or something very similar. . . .

"Read a book set in (pick a state) or in another country and tell what links that country to that state."

Idaho is also known for the ski resort at Sun Valley, the first ski resort in the U.S.
Star garnets are the state gemstone.
Ernest Hemingway, who also had lived in Paris, Florida, and Cuba, died in Ketchum, Idaho.
Hmmm maybe different cards for those that want to do this? And we say you have to do at least 10 books? Hmm
What about using one of those Big Huge Lab maps? I'm not sure if I can figure out how to embed one here, but it allows users to check off states and fill them in.
For plain Bingo Cards there are lots of free Generators including this which already offers State Bingo Cards without you having to bother with copy-pasting a list. But it will only make 5*5 Bingo Cards so you won't get all states on one card:

Edit: and there are lots of websites that let you check off visited countries. This one offers both countries and US-states and lets you easily download and save your map
cool.
This is a great idea.
Yeah this has suggestions from way back when. If Moonlight and I have time we can go through these at a later date and see about editing the first post.
Do we want to do something for spring or summer?
We are doing Historical Fiction Sub-Genre Monopoly in one of the groups I moderate on that other book site.

I'm game for something! My book enthusiasm is at a particularly low ebb, so I'd welcome a jump start!
Hmm historical fiction could definitely be fun. Or we can call it TBR Clean up and have it focused across all genres and you are only allowed to read books that are on your TBR list that you create.

Is this going to be another bingo-type game? I really like the TBR Clean-up idea, except my TBR is everything on my shelves that isn't marked as "Read."

I just wanted to offer up the suggestion. It definitely does not have to be HF oriented. Going a little wider would make a game board and play rules much easier to create.

Here's the link to what I created for my group- https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/19663536-hf-genre-monopoly-rules-and-questions

To be honest, I haven't checked in with it since we started it so I can't really say how it's going. I'm a bad leader like that. I haven't heard any huge complaints which means I must have done something right.

Yes, yes we do. :D
