Okay, I think I'm as ready as I'll ever be after spending the last two days digging through my TBR.
Do you know how difficult it is to find something specifically set in the south USA just by the book description! guh.
I hate to make extra work, but these are my exclusions please:
Modern Noir (because I don't even know what noir is other than dark)
Romantic suspense (because eeww romance! LOL – no offense to those who enjoy it : ) )
Diverse voices (because I'm lucky if I know if the author is male or female let alone a POC)
Country house mystery
Amateur sleuth
Murder Most Foul
Okay, I'm going to give this a try. I would like to exclude: Modern Noir, Gothic and Cozy Mystery please.
