Hyperbole and a Half

The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion

Not a humor book in the classic sense, but a lighthearted (for the most part) romantic comedy.
L.B. Gregg's Men of Smithfield: Sam and Aaron was filled with wonderful humor.

Terry Pratchett: Witches Abroad

A reliably witty Pratchett ... and Greebo and Granny Weatherwax have to be my favorite Discworld characters, ever.
