Zadri (Dragons of Preor, #5) by Erin Tate/Celia Kyle
Zadri (Scifi Alien Weredragon Romance) (Dragons of Preor Book 5) - Celia Kyle,Erin Tate

Delaney Cole found her mate among the Preor only to watch him die—through his own eyes thanks to the Knowing. Now, what’s she supposed to do when she discovers that her second mate is the male who’d killed her first? It doesn’t matter that he’s gorgeous, that his peach scales invite her touch, and his thick muscles make her fingers tingle with the need to caress him. She shouldn’t want such a violent, deadly male, but… she does.

Zadri was born a son of Syh, orphaned and unwanted, and he never imagined actually having a mate. Yet, Delaney is his. Yes, he was the one to rip out her first mate’s throat, but now that he has experienced the Knowing with her, he will not let her go. Her lush curves, inner strength, and unborn young belong to him—wholly and until he takes his final flight.

When others attempt to rip her from his life, he will explain the gravity of their error. Slowly. Painfully. He only hopes he can reach her before they escape.

I enjoy this series and this book is a very good addition. There is a nice build to the romance.

The hero is a sweetie. The heroine's back story is sad so it is especially lovely to see her get a happily ever after.

We get lots of couple time. Fun!

Rendan (Dragons of Preor #4) by Erin Tate Review
Rendan (Scifi Alien Dragon Romance) (Dragons of Preor Book 4) - Celia Kyle,Erin Tate

Rendan sen Tarkan, Offense Master to the Preor Third Fleet, has found his human mate. She is small compared to him, but her curves, delicious scent, and sky blue eyes call out to his soul. He has waited for a female for over two centuries and he will fight—kill—any who dare attempt to take her. Even one of his own males.

One moment Carla Butler was unemployed and the next she was on the Preor battleship, working as a nurse for human-Preor mates. Oh, and the next moment? That was when she found her sexy, alien pink-scaled mate. Then she watched the muscular dragon shifter get beat to hell. And then she was assigned a condo in Preor Tower on Earth. The person in the condo next door? That sexy, alien pink-scaled male.

Learning about the proud alien warrior isn’t trouble free, but it’s easier than almost dying. Yeah, almost. But the Preor who tried to end her life? Well, he doesn’t quit easily. She only hopes Rendan is there to save her when the alien tries to end her life once again.

This is a rather sweet fated mate romance with a dragon shifter alien and nurse heroine which a moral compass.

The love story is nicely done but the sub plots get tiring,

Review: Taulan (Dragons of Preor #2) by Celia Kyle
Taulan (Scifi Alien Weredragon Romance) (Dragons of Preor Book 2) - Celia Kyle,Erin Tate

Review originally featured at Angel's Guilty Pleasures

 Dragons of Preor #2
 Celia Kyle
 Sci-Fi Paranormal Romance
 February 29th 2016

He wants to return to Preor and she wants a job, but you don’t always get what you want.

Lana Cooper is down to her last hundred dollars, has no job, and her clunker of a car has finally clunked out. How has her life become such a cluster of horribleness? Oh, right. A guy. Only she doesn’t get a chance to beg for a job. Nope, one walk along the beach changes everything. Oh, she has a job now… as the mate to a hot, hunky Preor dragon male.

Taulan sen Pavon is anxious to return to his home on Preor. Yes, he’d journeyed to Earth in hopes of finding a human mate, but now… Now he would like to heal in the privacy of his aerie. Wings destroyed and body damaged by an explosion, he has no desire to watch others find joy with their mates while he remains unworthy and alone on a ship filled with thousands. But then he finds Lana. Lana with her alluring smile, sparkling eyes, luscious body, and whose mere presence initiates the Knowing.

Can he live long enough to claim her? Can she see past her father’s prejudice to love him? Both questions are pointless because there are still Preor who despise the joining of humans and dragons. They will stop at nothing to drive a wedge between the races. Including murder.

Taulan is book two in the Dragons of Preor series by Celia Kyle. I do love to read about dragons. They are my favorite type of creature to explore.

This was an enjoyable Sci-Fi Romance with a dragon shifter, Taulan and a down on her luck heroine, Lana.

I liked that Lana showed her mate Taulan that even though he doesn’t have wings he is still sexy and worthy of a mate. The changes that Lana goes through from being an abused women to one with confidences was nice to see. The romance is lovely and the world building is decent. It’s a light fast quick read.

The only thing that bothered me was the flow at the beginning. We end one chapter with Taulan going to fight and open the next with him and his mate in a cell then the next chapter them out. I felt like we need more. More depth, development, or something.

Though Taulan was not an in depth read, it still was enjoyable.

Kozav (Scifi Alien Romance) (Dragons of Preor Book 3)
Kozav (Scifi Alien Romance) (Dragons of Preor Book 3) - Celia Kyle,Erin Tate 3.5 stars An enjoyable quickie with alien dragons and steamy sex scenes. I'd have preferred a bit more on the suspense front, though.

Review: Sunday Bear-becue (Grayslake #6) by Celia Kyle
Grayslake: More than Mated: Sunday Bear-becue (Paranormal Shapeshifter Romance) - Celia Kyle

Review originally posted at RabidReads.com.

As a fan of the Grayslake series, this was a fun, little addition to the series. I features the couple from the original book, No Ifs, Ands, or Bears About It, Mia and her alpha werebear husband Ty. There are also some of the others that we meet from the series. This isn’t a long story and I don’t recommend it for people who haven’t read the series. I just don’t think there is enough to this story for new readers. It is more of a little gift to people who’ve enjoyed the series.

If you’re not familiar with this series, I highly recommend you check it out. Celia Kyle has some really interesting stories wrapped around this group of werebears, werehyenas and werewolves in Grayslake, Georgia. It is a fun series that has some humor to them along with the suspense that you generally see in a PNR novel. One thing that really impresses me is how Kyle tackles tough subjects in these books. There is everything from an orphan who is supposed to live with his abusive uncle, a fight against racism (again werehyenas), attempted rape and more. I love how she brings these issues out in her stories, without them being to overpowering.

In this short, about Mia, Ty, adopted Parker and a new addition in little Sophia. Mia is throwing a barbecue for the whole clan. Mia has something she needs to tell Ty. Family interferes (as they do). When they go off on their own for a bit, things get a little crazy with the rest of the clan.

Like I said, this is a very short story. I enjoyed it, because I liked spending time with the characters that I fell in love with in the earlier books. I wish the story had been a little bit longer with a little more substance, but it was a nice day in Grayslake. If you hadn’t read the series, you’re probably not going to enjoy the series as much. I highly recommend you pick up No Ifs, Ands, or Bears About It and give this series a try.

“Weeky-peed-ee-ah and it said stupid-head isn’t a curse word”

“And Google,” Parker whisptered again.

“And Googles!” Her daugther sounded so proud as Mia could imagine Sophia standing tall in the middle of the balcony, balled hands on her narrow hips and spine straigh–just like her daddy when he thought he was right.

Oh, how wrong they both were. Often.

“Wikipedia and Google don’t put a roof over your head, young lady.”

“Mommy, listen. Listen, listen. I’m outside. There is no roof.”

**I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
