On March 3, 2013, the Vikings invaded the United States via a Dragon Ship named The History Channel.  The show was just renewed for 10 more episodes and the 2nd season is underway. Yea!

So, now we can't get enough Vikings! This was mainly because they bathed unlike most men from that era.

Oh, and swords, leather, and other yummy stuff.

So, here you are! More great Vikings! Romance Novel Style.

1. Dream of Me/Believe in Me by Josie Litton

2. Danegeld by Susan Squires

3. Hunting Season by Shelly Laurenston

4. The Reluctant Viking by Sandra Hill (Silly in a great way many book series)

5. The Irish Devil by Donna Fletcher

6. The Bear and the Bride by Jianne Carlo

7. Immortal Warrior by Lisa Hendrix

8. Norse Jewel by Gina Conkle

9. Viking's Desire by Catherine Sharp

10. Playing Easy to Get by Kenyon, Sherrilyn, Cole, Kresley and Jaid Black

I left off the Viking bodice rippers. I have read and enjoyed them (at the time) but they are an acquired taste. Everything is really but they are more like oysters. Some people love them. Some people throw up. :)

Do you have a Man from the North to recommend? Let me know!

If you would like to see more recommendations (bodice rippers are there) and view sexy Vikings, check out my Pinterest Board: Dragon Ship: Best Viking Romance.

Did you know you can request a list? You can! Penny did! This list goes out to her!

Malice Striker
Malice Striker - Jianne Carlo Talk about "hot Viking!"

I really liked how to story developed, as well as the condition Skatha suffered. A very unique story. Jianne obviously did a lot of research to incorporate fact into this story. I had trouble at times with the "vernacular" in which the story was written, but it truly speaks to Jianne's talent for being able to maintain that language throughout.

The love scenes were hot, and I would definitely read more books by Jianne!!!

Alpha Me Not
Alpha Me Not - Jianne Carlo I really enjoyed the characters and most of the story. The mystery like others in the series was rather jumbled and had too many elements. It was very disjointed at times. I hope there will be a book for the last sister Lizzie!
