Finding its legs
West Coast Avengers (2018-) #1 - Kelly Thompson,Stefano Caselli

Not sure how I feel about this series; seems to be a shaky first issue, but I love Gwenpool so I'll give it a couple more issues.

Not Bad...
The Soul of a SEAL (West Coast Navy SEALs) - Anne Elizabeth

Dr Kimberly Warren is in charge of a secret space program. When scientists start dying, they bring in Captain Bennett Sheraton to go undercover and find out what’s happening.

This wasn’t a bad book. The characters were well written, but I had a problem with all of the science placed in the book. I’m not crazy about that kind of stuff in books, which is why I don’t read Sci Fi. If you don’t mind that aspect, then I would recommend.

**I voluntarily read and reviewed this book

Soul of a Seal Book Review
The Soul of a SEAL (West Coast Navy SEALs) - Anne Elizabeth

This isn't exactly what I wanted in this book. It was much too detailed and the space scenes were a bit bizarre? Especially for a book about a seal? The characters are great, I just wish it wasn't as detailed in its scientific parts...

Oh, Avengers West Coast, I just can't continue you!
Avengers West Coast (1985-1994) #56 - John Byrne,John Byrne

I though there'd be more Vision in this than there was.

Between the weak storylines, the weaker characterizations and the lack of Vision, I'm going to have to call this quits, at least for now.

Dear Wasp, make up your mind
Avengers West Coast (1985-1994) #55 - John Byrne,John Byrne

Says the woman who was like, 'oh, yeah, don't give her Vision back because you love her. No, it's cool, Simon.   Let her go off the deep end.'

Suddenly she's checking up on Wanda like they're besties.

Uh-huh.   Who needs consistent characterization, I guess.   Also, just conveniently leave out your part in her break down.

I'm also, uh, I'm not sure Byrne can actually write women now.
