About TAKEN WITH YOU:

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Carrie Ann Ryan comes a new story in her Fractured Connections series…

It all started at a wedding. Beckham didn’t mean to dance with Meadow. And he really didn’t mean to kiss her. But now, she’s the only thing on his mind. And when it all comes down to it, she’s the only person he can't have.

He'll just have to stay away from her, no matter how hard they’re pulled together.

Running away from her friend's wedding isn't the best way to keep the gossip at bay. But falling for the mysterious and gorgeous bartender at her friends’ bar will only make it worse. Beckham has his secrets, and she refuses to pry.

Once burned, twice kicked down, and never allowed to get up again. Yet taking a chance with him might be the only choice she has. And the only one she wants.

**For fans of Carrie Ann’s Fractured Connections series, Taken With You is book four in that series.**

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

Carrie Ann has teased us with Beckham and Meadow from the start, and the actual thing is SOOOO worth it. Both characters have been a bit of a mystery and it's no wonder with their past it's a doozy. While it's not my favorite it's still a really emotional, heart wrenching, satisfying read and it's just a novella. Beckham is the bearded silent type (my favorite) and Meadow is not really shy but quiet and keeps to herself for the most part and with what she's hiding from I don't blame her. From the start of the series you could tell they would make a great couple and this story just proves it. It was a nice little story to tide me over until Dillon's book which is going to be a while.

AUTHOR INFORMATION:

New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan never thought she’d be a writer. Not really. No, she loved math and science and even went on to graduate school in chemistry. Yes, she read as a kid and devoured teen fiction and Harry Potter, but it wasn’t until someone handed her a romance book in her late teens that she realized that there was something out there just for her. When another author suggested she use the voices in her head for good and not evil, The Redwood Pack and all her other stories were born. Carrie Ann is a bestselling author of over twenty novels and novellas and has so much more on her mind (and on her spreadsheets *grins*) that she isn’t planning on giving up her dream anytime soon.

Taken With You (Fractured Connections #4; 1001 Dark Nights) - Carrie Ann Ryan

If your emotions can survive the storm, it will lead your heart to a rainbow. Beckham and Meadow are destined for heartache, but wish for so much more. Trapped inside of secrets that are rapidly bleeding them dry, can they find happiness away from the shadows of the past? Taken with You seduces with heartache, inspires with hope and heals with redemption as it lures you into love.  There's no temptation like a Carrie Ann Ryan novel.

ARC REVIEW Falling With You by Carrie Ann Ryan

Falling With You (Fractured Connections, #3) Fractured Connections #3, Like with the other two books in the series it's told in alternating first person POV, I don't think these books would have been the same if written any other way. Carrie Ann Ryan shows that grief like love isn't always rational and second chances aren't always easy. Sienna and Aiden's story is emotional and so satisfying, two people who were best friends but drifted apart are brought back together by a horrible act, but now that they are there for each other again dealing with past hurts and current attractions.

I love all the relationships in this series, between the Connollys it wasn't perfect and I think that made them more real to me, them being a family again was a work in progress. I loved this aspect of the series the relationship between the boys progressing and getting past their own differences. I love the guest appearance of a past couple that was awesome and very well done. I love the series in its entirety but each book can be read as a stand alone. Overall, such a great read!
