Clearly I am not Dauntless, because I am a little late with jumping on the Insurgent train.

I just saw the final trailer today, and I am wary of how the movie is going to play out. I enjoyed the Divergent movie. It could have been better, and it could have been worse. Since it is one of my favorite books, I was very critical of the film, and it did not live up to my expectations.

So, I am hoping that Insurgent can make up for that.

Been waiting for Seventh Son for a while now. They were at Comic-Con last year promoting it. Which is rather worrisome, if they keep putting it off so much. Then again, I'm still waiting for that adaptation of Joe Hill's Horns to make it to theatres or DVD, sighs.

Veronica Roth said Four was mixed race. And that she hated white-washing. Yet she was delighted by the casting of a white actor in the role. Now a white woman's been cast as a character Roth explicitly described as a person of colour. Can you say hypocrisy?
