The Nine Days of Kobogeddon

Michael Tamblyn of Kobo discussing the self-publishing situation, and how they handled the great nuke and restore of the W.H. Smith situation. It's really quite interesting. I don't envy this guy's job, at all.

The video runs just shy of 13 minutes. He's quite funny, but there's a good bit starting at about 4:00 in where he explains all the rocks and hard places they were stuck between, and how they decided what to do.
