The Stocking Was Hung by Tara Sivec is a joyful holiday read.  Ms Sivec has delivered a well-written book and loaded it with a fantastic cast of quirky, fun characters.  Noel and Sam's story is loaded with humor, a little drama and plenty of sizzle.  Did I mention it's funny?  I laughed my way through this book.  I loved reading The Stocking Was Hung and look forward to reading more from Tara Sivec in the future.  The Stocking Was Hung is book 1 of The Holidays Series but can be read as a standalone.  This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

I usually don’t read many holiday themed books, but Im glad I did read this one.

It was not too long and not too short, even though it was a shorter book about 121 pages. I think it was the perfect length for this kind of book.

It was hilariously funny, sexy and steamy and yet a bit of drama. It had a great balance and mix of humor and smexy times.

I liked both characters, both had a great background story.

OMG her family is insane, I don’t have even words for them other than I had plenty of laugh out loud moments.

Overall, great book and I’m glad I read it. Thank you again Yodamom ;)

This is a crazy fun sweet HEA novella. Just what you need in a quick, funny and sexy read. I loved every single character. Even those I may have thought were buggers, her brother, turn out to really love Noel unconditionally.

If you are looking for a Christmas novella, this is a sure fire pick up to read. However, fair warning - .75 star deduction for some editing misses. But not so awful you can't get past it. 4.25 High Entertaining stars out of 5.

I think I spit sprayed my coffee, snorted, and laughed myself to tears more that I ever have in a Christmas themed read before. This little gem just snuck up on me. I wasn't expecting what was between the covers, and I loved it. Wacky crazy family drama to the extreme, wild family members, Christmas on steroids and the dairy product ban and more. It was insane but believable.
I'm not going to bother recapping the story, it's a sweet fun romance.
This was my first read from this author but not my last I already ordered another one from her.
