I heard! No worries. Don't worry about it at all. It's such a hassle for you, and I'm sorry that happened. It must be so frustrating.

I can get impatient at times, but that's a /me/ thing. Don't worry about it at all. I'm just jazzed to be part of this, and I'm okay without the molasses. (It sounds delicious, but I am completely okay without it.)

Thank you for letting me know. (As for the messaging, yeah, I'm trying get BL to work on those buttons on my pages.)

Please don't feel badly. I'm sure I'll love whatever comes. I'm in it for the fun of giving - and yeah, receiving - and the sense of community. I'll wait as long as it takes, and again, I was so sorry to hear about that package coming back like that. My first thought was 'oh, no, what a /pain/ to resend it.' Do whatever works for you. < 3 I would have responded sooner but I was out at a dinner thing.

Feel free to e-mail me at coaxialcreature@gmail.com. (And Jessica texted me so I responded immediately. And I'm sure the packaging was fine, especially since it's worked so well all this time. Sometimes things happen. I've gotten horribly bent books from all kinds of places, so I realize sometimes it takes one careless guy tossing around a package.)

And sorry this was so long :/ I've been chatty all day, too, and I stayed all the way away from the caffeine. Go figure.

I feel like you deserve that after the amazeball hoodie you sent out, though, so I can't even be mad at not having cake.
I didn't even know you could make homemade molasses - and I can't even imagine how disheartening and, oh man, how sticky it must have been to get it back. I'm so sorry that happened, for both of you, but especially for you LitMuggle. (No offence at all Grim - I just can't wrap my head around how messy that package must have been...). :(

Absolutely, MbD.

Even before I knew it was molasses, I was thinking what a pain. My first thought was about how it must have been awful to get the package back and have to deal with it again, so I completely understand the sympathies going that way.

Actually, yeah, I encourage virtual hugs to go out to LitMuggle first - or, y'know, only.
Yuck, that would be a mess. A frustrating mess. And I cry easily so I would have been weepy AND sticky.
Murder by death they have a festival at a local park once year where they teach you to make it. It taste 500 times better but takes forever to make. One or two things I am washing and sending to you but most is sticky junk.i just hope it arrives soon and in tact. I actually didn't know if was so bad until I opened it because most of it just gummed up inside. Leason learned no liquids in the future no matter how well I think the are packed.

Well, thank you for replacing the books, and washing off what you could. This is my fear about sending liquids and why I never have. I always figured I was just being paranoid, and now I feel less paranoid about it all.

Hugs, hugs, hugs. I hope you at least have a good book or good food - or both - to make you feel better after having to go through all the sending again :(
That is some serious dedication, LitMuggle. My hat is off to you. Here's hoping this resend goes better.

so glad you liked it Mallory! I won't claim to be psychic but I have been known to have some good foresight :D

I blame the postal service. Mostly because I've also received shattered items (luckily they weren't liquid) that were clearly packaged well. Sorry you had to go through all that!

I got this nifty book. I've been meaning to try this author and have heard fantastic things about this book, so excited!

Also, I was there as the guy was delivering the mail. He handed me the package with a small frown and said, 'have you heard of this... Grimlock?'

I grinned and replied, 'that's me. I signed up for a mystery box swap and used my pseudonym.' I'm not sure if he was relieved or just very confused, but I found the whole exchange funny.

Thank you, LitMuggle! Looking forward to starting this, hopefully later tonight.
That so funny the rest is in the mail, my husband got the same look on are last swap. We live in a small town area so we know the lady at the post office and she keep telling him if that not yours give it back. He cracked up and said it's got the word lit and muggle I'm sure it's hers.

:D

It's all ours. I told the story to a friend of mine and he said they're supposed to just deliver to the address no matter how odd the name is. Not sure if that's true or not, but there you go!
Just realised my pic never posed I received the most amazing box from The Constantly Moving Bookmark. We loved every bit of it my little girl snagged the coco and calendar so she sends her thanks. She's almost six so it's really helping her keep up with days. I'm really excited for book on houdini it sounds fascinating and I've been wanting to buy a Richard Paul Evans book for awhile. The coffee was so delicious it really is canda finest, I can't say thank you enough.
