Music
90s Playlist (Romance Rewind) (Volume 1) - Jennifer Blackwood,Rebecca Grace Allen,Amy Jo Cousins,Audra North,Brighton Walsh,Lorelie Brown

This is an anthology of six stories, based on songs from the 90's decade.  I chose My Strongest Weakness by Brighton Walsh, for my review.  I highly recommend reading this fascinating book full of great stories!

Mason & Tia have secrets.  Some for them together, some for themselves.  With the attraction intensifying, can they find a future together?

Tia has been hurt before.  Mason has the power to hurt her even more.  Should she take a risk or run away?

This was such an amazing story.  I loved the character interaction.  There was some serious story-line, heat, humor, and more.  I truly absorbed each page.  I give this anthology a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Pushing Her Luck by Audra North 99 cents
Pushing Her Luck (Lucky in Love) (Volume 1) - Audra North

Riordan Faraday is about to reach his breaking point. He’s got art classes to teach, a needy mum to care for, and most importantly, a painting to finish. But without time or inspiration, he hasn’t been able to paint a thing and it’s driving him mad. So when a silly American girl shows up on his doorstep with a wild proposal, he shoots her down perhaps a bit more harshly than she deserves…but it’s for the best. He can’t afford any more distractions at the moment, especially not beautiful brown-eyed ones.

Samantha Meyer—Sam, to her friends—is on a mission to find her late grandmother’s necklace. The long-lost piece of jewelry is the only thing she has left of Gram and Sam is determined to see that dream fulfilled before she returns home to New Jersey and takes up the reins of the family business. But she wasn’t counting on a sexy, surly painter to stand in her way.

One frustrated Irishman. One out-of-her-element American. They should have nothing in common, but each might be just what the other is looking for…

Crossing the Line - Audra North Crossing the Line - Audra North
Crossing the Line (Hard Driving, #3)Crossing the Line by Audra North
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Crossing the Line is the 3rd book in the Hard Driving series and while most series you need to read in order to follow characters growth this book can most definitely be read as a standalone.

Ty and Cori have an instant attraction when they meet at a press interview after one of Ty's races, and while a relationship between the race car driver and the journalist would be frowned upon neither one of them wants to walk away from the sparks. Both Ty and Cori are keeping secrets from one another and they both are stressing over the morality of what they are doing.

I have to be honest and say that even though I enjoyed this book I couldn't connect with either character and I'm not sure why. Would I recommend this book? absolutely! This has been a very enjoyable series and I look forward to more of it. I enjoy the way Audra North pulls you into her stories and keeps a firm hold on you until the last page, and while Ty and Cori may not have been my favorite couple it was a good solid story with lots of twists and turns that keep you guessing as well as some sexy time between the two.

Crossing the Line
Crossing the Line - Audra North Crossing the Line - Audra North Crossing the Line is a morality tale of sorts. It ponders ethics and attraction with the lines of right and wrong becoming blurred. I received an ARC of Ms. North's latest novel in exchange for an honest review. The story centers around fast cars, sly women and a conspiracy that could blow up the careers of two people. Cori is a smart broad but she makes questionable choices, mainly getting involved with the one man that could steal her heart and topple her career. Ty and Cori are bad for each other, but can't keep their distance. Audra North has written story full of saucy comebacks and heated stares that is easy on the eyes and fun for the imagination.

Stanton Family Boxed Set
Stanton Family Boxed Set - Audra North Stanton Family Boxed Set - Audra North This is my first Audra North book. I received an ARC of The Stanton Family Boxed Set in exchange for an honest review. That it turned out to be a set of four romances proved to be a pleasant surprise. Full of personality, blessed with money and sex appeal, the Stantons are an interesting lot. Sensuous, entertaining stories.

Falling for the CEO - Meredith and Andrew were my favorite couple. The sentimentality of the holidays was a beautiful backdrop for this adorable story.

One Night In Santiago - Bruno and Lily were the surprise. One Night In Santiago started out blah and ended up being an unexpected joy. There was mystery, a little adventure and a whole lot of attitude. Made for a hot read.

A Lesson in Temptation - A Lesson in Temptation was a sexy yet comedic look at the dance of love. Julie and Adam were used to hard work but not how to cut loose. A little relaxation goes a long way with this uptight couple.

Healing Her Heart - I was not a fan of Healing Her Heart. Having been moved by Andrew and Meredith, intrigued by Lily and Bruno, tempted by Julie and Adam, Greg and Carrie came across as an afterthought. I want more than sex appeal. The blueprint was there but the emotions felt forced and for me the story itself fell short.
