Amazon! A place of perfection and satisfaction.

Nowadays online shopping is a trend and a need as well. You can’t go out shopping when you have a tight schedule. That is why online shopping is getting so much limelight.

There are so many online shopping portals but some of them are working just up to the mark and that is why getting so much attention from all around the globe. Amazon is one of the most popular online shopping portals for the people around there. Here you can find out all in just one click. There is no limit because here vendors, brands and shopkeepers from all over the world present their products and get a chance to increase their worth as well.

Here you will find out such things that are rare to find out on a regular online shopping site and this thing makes it different from other. There are some other things as well that is making Amazon different from other and that is their check and balance on the brands and shopkeeper present there.

Amazon never took the job for granted and that is why they are constantly heading towards the peak of the success. This passion and efficiency made them work like no one else.

The check and balance and accountability here is marvelous as they keep an eye on every brand or person there. They also check their customers as well whether they are satisfied or not? They are doing well or they are finding what they want easily?

That is why Amazon is getting the attention of the people all around the globe. But still, if you missed your order, or your order wasn’t good enough. If your product wasn’t the one you ordered or it is too late at your doorstep, then no need to worry at all because you can now enter your complains against that vendor and their account will be suspended after a complete investigation of the incident.

But here is the real treat for the brand’s owner because they also want to have a second chance in order to prove and defend their self. Amazon suspension appeal feature is all about such incidents because it won’t be fair if they do not get a chance to clear their self. Recovering your suspended Amazon account, you may say activates a stay order against the suspension and give some time and a chance as well. Now you can appeal for your suspension and prove that it was first and last time that the problem occurred. But in future there won’t be any problem and vendor will keep a closer eye on the whole procedure so there won’t be any mess again.

This appeal system really enhanced the working standards o the website because it is also not fair to just suspend an account for a mistake especially when it is the first time. It also created a strong trust bond between the vendor and the management to resolve the issue ASAP. This is the real treat!

REVIEW BY MERISSA - Challenge Accepted (Wolf Appeal #2) by KB Alan
Challenge Accepted (Wolf Appeal #2) - KB Alan,KB Alan

Challenge Accepted is the second book in the Wolf Appeal series, but it can be read as a standalone, as I did. Adam was changed into a werewolf against his will, and has tried to remain off grid ever since. He comes into contact with others when some of the natural wolves in his woods get sick, and then some of the werewolves do too. The head honcho herself, Myra, turns up and is able to speak with him, letting him know just what she had done with the pack that turned him. The attraction between these two is sort of instantaneous, sort of not. The sparks are there, but the fire isn't lit (properly) until the end of the book. You'll see why ;)

This was a well-written story that fully explains Adam's situation without being bogged down in detail. There were no editing or grammatical errors that disrupted my reading flow. This story was intriguing and engrossing, and was great as a standalone. Recommended by me.

* A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book, and my comments here are my honest opinion. *

To Win a Soul
The Heart's Appeal - Jennifer Delamere

As much as I enjoyed “The Captain’s Daughter”, “The Heart’s Appeal” really struck a chord with me. Being book two, it can be a standalone, although Rosalyn’s story does make an appearance as a potential spoiler for book one’s ending. “The Heart’s Appeal” touches on many of my interests from the get-go: women’s life in the nineteenth century, the practice of medicine, and educational studies. Julia Bernay makes a captivating heroine; she is an independent, forward-thinking woman who challenges the status quo of 1881 London by working toward a degree in medicine. First, however, she must pass the Queen’s College matriculation exam, the main hindrance of which is the Latin language portion. A fateful experience saving a barrister’s life intertwines his and Julia’s fates in unexpected ways as they both seek to further their careers.

The London Beginnings series offers a thought-provoking foray into the lives of women living in the city during the latter part of the nineteenth century and their journeys of faith. “The Heart’s Appeal” demonstrates the entrepreneurial zeitgeist that was starting to take hold among the female population and highlights the double standard with which they were repeatedly confronted. The novel does not shy away from these contentions, illuminating both the aristocratic and less well-to-do classes and their interactions. Through it all shines the backbone of the Christian faith. The narrative is not preachy and does not sugarcoat controversial and antagonistic situations, lending it credence and real-life applications even for contemporary society. “The Heart’s Appeal” is a stellar addition to Christian historical fiction and to this wonderful series.

Things are looking up!
Artistic Appeal - Andrew Grey

I really had to think long and hard on whether I was going to give this one a chance. Mostly because book 1 in this series was barely ok for me and I'm a bit of an Andrew Grey fan so, truthfully this made me a bit sad, I'm also a firm believer in second chances so ultimately I figured I should put my money where my mouth is so to speak and that's how I came to be here writing a review for the audio book 'Artistic Appeal' book #2 in Andrew Grey's 'Art' series.

While the MCs in 'Artistic Appeal' are a different pairing a lot of the events from 'Legal Artistry' the first book in this series carry forward to this story resulting in the fact that while I may not have enjoyed the first book as much as this one, I am glad that I took the time to listen to 'Artistic Appeal' because it definitely was to my benefit when I got to this story.

Brian Watson is good friend of Dieter and Gerald the MCs from 'Artistic Appeal' as well as Gerald's colleague and the lawyer who takes over Dieter's case that started in 'Artistic Appeal' and resolves with this story.

When Gerald and Dieter invite Brian to a dinner party with the hopes of playing matchmaker with one of Dieter's friends things don't work out quite the way they're anticipating.  It's Nicolai who captures Brian's attention. Nicolai is an art restorer who has been taking care of the artworks that have recently been returned to Dieter and he's fast becoming a dear friend to Dieter as well.

I really liked the character of Nicolai. He's deaf but he's portrayed as an independent, capable and very functional person. Like anyone who has a sensory impairment he's learned to adjust and compensate for his hearing loss.

Brian's recently divorced and has custody of his daughter, Zoe. Being single and gay is new for him and he's doing his best to keep his life balanced between work, parenting and just being a newly out gay man.

Both Brian and Nicolai had their share of added drama. Brian with his ex-wife, who to say the least is a real piece of work and his mother who, thankfully got her act together. For Nicolai it was his ex-boyfriend/turned stalker who randomly decides he wants Nicolai back after a year of separation.

Once again John Solo was the narrator for this story and overall I enjoyed his narration. He has a pleasant voice and adds variety and expression to the voices of the different characters ensuring that everyone doesn't sound the same...a definite plus in this listener's opinion.  Admittedly my niggle was Zoe's voice and maybe I'm just too damned fussy, I'll own that. When it comes to children's voices I admit it, I'm a tough sell.

'Artistic Appeal' is an easy and sweet romance with a bit extra for added interest. I definitely enjoyed this more than the first book and plan on checking out what's going to happen next in this series.
