The Event was organized by a Maltese NGO Animal Liberation Malta in Mosta's most amazing garden with an amphitheater directly facing a sun-set + some most beautiful people from Malta, Macedonia, Japan, Greece, Libya, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, England, and many more countries. What a gathering of young illuminated hearts! All united in their love for animals... ALM's mission is to raise awareness and take action against all forms of animal abuse. "Last Sunday, Malta held its first-ever National Animal Rights' Day. Our team, responsible for street activism, worked independently on this project in collaboration with the International NGO, Our Planet. Theirs too, to make this happen. It was a touching ceremony commemorating the billions of animals that die each year at human hands. Despite the adversities and restrictions, the organising team managed to pull this off, bringing together a small number of people dedicated to the cause, paying tribute to animals and joining more than 70 cities worldwide on the same day. Several touching speeches and live cello animated the ceremony, including reading the Declaration of Animal Rights in English & Maltese and concluding the ceremony by inviting participants to sign the declaration. Many heartwarming dedications and words of solidarity towards animals were documented on paper. We then transitioned to the celebration part, coming together to finish the day off with positivity and hope, being grateful for the fact that more & more people are making the connection and becoming conscious of Animal Rights. During the ceremony and celebration, social distancing was observed and the participants adhered to the Covid-19 restrictions. This is the beginning of a new era for Animal Rights in Malta, and we have a lot of work to do to bring about Animal Liberation. Hopefully, next year’s NARD will be bigger, better and more impactful. Over the course of nine seasons and 100 episodes, for intrepid individuals searched numerous locations to find evidence related to Bigfoot and become one of the top rated shows in the history of Animal Planet.  Finding Bigfoot: Everything You Need to Know by Martha Brockenbrough is a tie-in book aimed at young children to provide information related to the subject of an undiscovered North American ape.

This book is geared towards younger readers and fans of the Animal Planet tv series of the same name with the aim to giving information on the mysterious upright walking ape that might be stalking the wilderness of North America.  Investigating such questions as “Does Bigfoot Exist?” as well as investigating the evidence supporting that they do, not only in North America but around the world, but also looking into the various hoaxes and misidentifications that many skeptics bring up this book treats it’s target audience with respect and aims to promote critical thinking.  For the readers that believe bigfoot exists there is a “how to” guide about bigfooting and how to collect possible evidence of the creature when found.  And throughout are eyewitness accounts from the first four seasons of the show with comments from one of the Finding Bigfoot team members.

While roughly 140 pages, this is an oversized book filled with pictures and easy to read text size.  Though intended for children, adults will find this informative as its for general audiences of both believers and skeptics.  Brockenbrough’s prose is engaging towards a younger audience without being insulting while keeping adults reading as well.  The introduction by Finding Bigfoot star Cliff Barackman, a former teacher, starts the book off right with telling how he came to accept the existence of Bigfoot after growing up as a kid enjoying learning about “monsters”.

Finding Bigfoot: Everything You Need to Know is an easy-to-read and informative look into the subject of an undiscovered North American ape whether you’re a child or a child at heart.

Matt has been suffering from depression, anxiety and panic attack since he was a young man. 

Learning from his years of experience in trying to cope with his mental illness. He give advises to his himself and his younger self and let us read them too. 

The part about panic attack is very useful. Panic attack has also different in degree and his sharing of it would be helpful to think ahead of time on how to react to it. 

The rethinking of human relations with online device including phone, computer, iPad is helpful too. 

Who we are and what we care about and how we invest our time show how much we care about things? 

If we put all the hours of the day into a times-sheet and do a periodic analysis of it. We would find that we care more about online game than our family members. Care more about online media than our loves one. 

If that is true for us, then we need to rethink our strategic on time management.
