"When Gargoyles Rise" by Ashley C. Harris

My Thoughts....

This was an interesting take on an ancient group of gargoyles that will keep your attention all the way through the read. If you are into the supernatural then this is a read for your enjoyment! I liked how this author was able to give us story that starts in the present on to the past and back to the present with a cliffhanger in the present [now what will happen to rose, Sean, Sam and Felix?]. To find out you will have to pick up 'When Gargoyles Rise.'

This story intrigued me with the mix of characters and their hierarchy. There is a cliff hanger for an ending, which I was not prepared for. Despite expectations, Rose wants to figure out her own life and move about on her own. She has a strength and it grows as the story moves along. I am curious as to where the story goes from here and to find out who she ends up with.
