Callie is strong, courageous and has been through a devastating trauma, but she is determined to do what’s right but has a hard time accepting the love of her two men especially while dealing with what destiny has in store for her. Kazar is an ancient vampire that has been damaged by extreme torture while held captive and Nyle is the strong alpha wolf that tries to hold them all together. With everything that is thrown at these characters throughout this story, their relationship is just as suspenseful and exciting as the overall plot of the story.

Speaking of… This fast paced plot flows smoothly through a multitude of major and minor events that are full of action and intrigue. Readers can’t put the story down because they don’t want to miss one second of all the adrenaline-charged exploits including battles, manipulations by the gods, enemy attacks, visions of past lives, a triad bonding, gaining new powers, stopping Anarchy and fulfilling an astonishing destiny. The author brings all the fascinating characters and this mystical and enthralling world to live with well written words that make it easy for readers to picture each and every scene, so it makes it easy to become so caught up in the story that nothing could distract me. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series (yet!) but I had no trouble understanding this wonderful and exhilarating world.
