More on this at Dear Author's Thursday News post, which is where I first found out about it. The above picture is from a chat I had with B&N customer service. Supposedly, my complaint has been logged and will be submitted to management folks. In the meantime, I'm wondering if B&N is trying to go out of business, because it sure seems like it sometimes.

Now I have to figure out another way to get M.C.A. Hogarth's books, because B&N isn't going to be it. There's Kobo, but I hate their website. I might try getting a freebie on Amazon and see how well downloading and converting to EPUB goes for me.
