I thought this was an incredibly sweet story. I really enjoyed it, but I thought it was too short to truly fulfill it's promise.  The conflict that Lee and Finn had was resolved in such a short time (a matter of a few sentences) that I had to read it over again just to make sure that I didn't miss something.

That's really my only complaint.  I loved the characters, the story line, the hot sex...pretty much everything.  I just didn't feel like Lee and Finn got all that they deserved.

God, this just gets better and better.  YAY for Curran and Kate.

Loved when she met with the pack council, Kate is one fierce bitch!  I love Kick Ass heroines.

The insight into Kate’s family was just so, so good.  I love the way these authors are building it up. And I loved even more the way that Curran reacted to her revelations.  They are such an awesome couple.

I can not stop this series.  I’m hooked.  I’m going on to book 5, right now.

This is just a shortie review.  I listened to this while I was on vacation so I had to write down my review.  Needless to say it was very short...

This was awesome.  So much action.  I loved finding out Kate origins.  So, amazing. Curran and Kate’s sexual tension is driving me crazy.  I almost groaned when the hot tub scene got interrupted!  GAH!  Well, there’s always book 4!

This was a hot one.  It really was.  I could see my see myself reading this one again.

I LOVED Axel.  Seriously, he was smokin'.  Once you got passed all of the swearing, he was such a sweetheart.  I wanted to smack him a couple of times because I he just wasn't listening, but I'm glad he got his act together.

Izzy was another story altogether.  She got on my nerves at times, but I tried to put into perspective based on the horrible experiences she had to endure.  So, I kept my eye rolling to a minimum.

I really can't wait to continue this series.  I love how hot these security guys are and the books appear to have really interesting story lines.

So, after all this praise, why *4 STARS* and not 5?  I just couldn't bump this one up because there were some editing issues that took me out of the story.  I'm usually not too anal when it comes to editing stuff, but my threshold is if I spend time putting the story aside to concentrate on the issue that I picked up.  In this case, I did that a few times, so I bumped it down.

Nevertheless, I will be continuing with this series at some point soon. I want to know what these Corps Security guys get up to.

OBSIDIAN was a hard book to rate.  The main character, Obsidian, was a very difficult character to like but an even more difficult character NOT to like.  

I didn't like the deal that Alli was given because it was obvious that she was putting it all on the line for the New Species.  I'm hoping that she's given the chance to provide medical care to them again in the future.

And when the heck are they going to get rid of that shrink.  That guy is a real piece of work.  I hope he gets his...and soon.
