Since I was already fairly far advanced in the book I'd been reading / listening to for this card when Nighttime Reading Center posted her guess (congrats again on getting there first! :) ), the team agreed I'd just finish my book and claim the card for the points awarded for a crime scene already revealed by someone else's guess.

Obviously, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone fulfills all three tasks associated with this card -- Gryffindor is the house whose students most embody bravery, Hogwarts is brimming with magic, and the audio version very prettily displays the Gryffindor colors of scarlet (red) and gold (yellow).

Phew. [TA wipes sweating brows.] Finished this one with just over a half hour to spare until the end of this round.

Anyway, the cover of a book virtually drenched in green (both in the paperback and the audiobook version -- and yes, I switched back and forth between both) is way too good NOT to use it for the Green Dragon Pub crime scene card -- so that's what I'm using it for.

When will Round 3 be open? I Know that Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturday are guessing days so I am guessing it be open tomorrow. If that the case I can guess tomorrow

It's my understanding that a round opens as soon as the previous round closes - so round 3 is open now.

That's my understanding as well. You can post your guesses anytime you like -- your guess will automatically be counted as part of the round that closes on the (then-)next Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday.

I have read ICE by Lauren Carr. I will have the review either later tonight or tomorrow maybe as it is a book tour book, It is a bit before it on my blog though I can write beforehand. For this game, I choose this book because it fits several of the cards.
