Not finished all the stories, but the ones I have are interesting and engrossing.
Dukes by the Dozen Anthology - Eileen Dreyer,May McGoldrick,Elizabeth Essex,Grace Burrowes,Bronwen Evans,Heather Snow,Sabrina York,Ella Quinn,Madeline Martin,Gina Conkle,Alyssa Alexander,Anna Harrington, Jennifer Ashley

Discovering the Duke by Madeline Martin - Julia was so sweet and William was so adorable that I did not want to stop reading this story. I loved how he went out of his way to win his wife's love. Together, these two found that love conquers fear when with the right person.

Love Letters From a Duke by Gina Conkle - Charlotte and Nathaniel were such a wonderful, steamy couple. I kept turning pages as they tried to avoid what was in front of them. With his determination to have what he truly wanted, Nathaniel ignored convention and the age difference, and went for what he wanted most in life, Charlotte. His mother was an interesting touch to the story.

I have yet to finish all the stories and I look forward to adding to this review. If the others are like these two, this is a good collection. I received a copy as a gift, and this is my unsolicited review.

Dashing All the Way
Dashing All the Way : A Christmas Anthology - Celeste Bradley,Eva Devon,Elizabeth Essex,Heather Snow

Dashing All the Way is a set of Four Novella Books by Four Different Authors!
I always love box set like these so that I can get a taste of other Author's writing. Along with having a Novella for that quick read need when I am waiting for an appointment or when I would like a quick read before bed. Also this set has a Christmas Theme to get you in the mood for the coming Holiday Season and also for people like me that love a Christmas Story.
Here are the books that are in this set:
“A Rake for Christmas” by Eva Devon; Evangeline is a Wallflower but she doesn't want to be anymore so she looks to Anthony for help. Anthony has his own issues and vows to never feel the upsetting Passion that seem to effect his parents.

“Up on the Rooftops” by Elizabeth Essex; Cally is a widow looking for the Season's Holiday Cheer but when a string of jewel thieves upset the town it seems anything but cheer. Toby is being accused of the crimes but he is out to clear his name and Cally goes forward with him to do so.

“The Very Debonair Lady Claire” by Heather Snow; Claire sets out to find out who killed her brother by working at the War Department. But Claire finds out that Andrew is the new Spymaster. Andrew walked away from her taking her heart at the time...but Andrew plans never letting her go now.

“A Liar Under the Mistletoe” by Celeste Bradley; Amie attends the towns balls to get access to the Lock boxes. Elliot tries to gain access to some of the Towns Lock boxes also for the Crown and Country working as a Spy. Thief and the Spy end up working together on more than taking from Lock Boxes it seems.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed these Christmas Theme Stories!

Review: Tempted at Christmas by Kate Pearce, Jane Charles, and Elizabeth Essex
Tempted at Christmas - Kate Pearce,Elizabeth Essex,Jane Charles

I had the pleasure of reading the The Haunting of Castle Keyvnor series and I loved it so much that of course I couldn’t let the chance of reading these stories pass. Although the stories pretty much take place in the same setting they are not wholly intertwined so there is no specific order in which to read the books.

The first story, Elizabeth Essex's A Merry Devil was a mix of a second-chance romance with a thrilling adventure. I particularly liked the way the relationship between the main couple developed and the little detail about the hero’s abilities was hidden until the end that also explained much about his past.
The second story was And a Pigeon in a Pear Tree by Kate Pearce. A mistaken identity of sorts created the perfected setting for a romantic tale where the hero falls for the woman that sees the man and not the title for the first time ever. If only he could forget about the responsibilities that said title represented. This one had me laughing out loud and even though I kind of saw that end coming I was still hoping it ended the way it did.
Last but not least was Jane Charles' His Mistletoe Miss. This was a sweet, clean story –no steamy or graphic sexy scenes- and the one with the most spirits and magical aspects. I thought the enchanted mistletoe was a lovely Christmas touch and the fact that it kept flourishing at the most unexpected times kept the story light.

All in all in was great read and I absolutely recommend it. I will continue reading the series and will read more from each author.

** I was gifted a copy of this book and I volunteered to read it; this is my honest opinion and given without any influence by the author or publisher.**

It Started With A Kiss: Regency Romance Box Set
It Started With A Kiss: Regency Romance Box Set - Christina McKnight,Elizabeth Essex,Erica Monroe,Rose Gordon,Jerrica Knight-Catania,Emma Locke,Amanda Mariel,Deb Marlowe,Christina McKnight,Ava Stone,Jane Charles

Shunned No More by Christina McKnight - The toast of society, Viola is enjoying her meteoric success until all her hopes are shattered at the hands of a duel that proves deadly. It's hard to forgive yourself when the blame continues to come from others as well. Now she has to contend with a broken heart, a guilty conscience and a sexy but vengeful Earl. Shunned No More shows that even in one's darkest hour there is always hope. Learning is a task never outgrown and forgiveness can prove a balm for the soul. Ms. McKnight tackles the benefits of having an open heart and a compassionate spirit while rebuilding trust and finding hope.

The Trouble with Being Wicked by Emma Locke - Celeste and Ash are trying to escape the shadows of the past. Ash came across as a jerk more than a gentleman quite often in this story. The main reason, he felt there was something flawed inside of his makeup that he needed to purge. Celeste wants more than the notoriety of her former profession. She wants to live and exist in a place where she can be known as her true self not just a name. She decides to make a fresh start hoping to find all she seeks and succeeds until her past comes back to haunt her. The Trouble with Being Wicked is a triumphant story about overcoming circumstance and prejudice to successfully face any roadblock. Celeste is a great character because she owned her past and made a choice to claim her future regardless of others. Her strength was an inspiration.
