The Doyle Hawthorne Series has been way overdue for a teaser face lift, and I figured now was as good a time as any.  Halloween is fast approaching and Doyle is a zombie after all.  =)  So I broke out the Photoshop and went to work.  Although the teasers as a whole are still currently underway, I'd thought I'd share a couple of my favorites so far.  =D

February Book Haul!

Illustration o'clock: Tanglewood Tales (by Nathaniel Hawthorne) 1921, illustrated by Virginia Frances Sterrett. Virginia illustrated only 3 titles for Penn Publishing Company, the third being Arabian Nights (which took her 3 yrs to complete), due to succumbing to tuberculosis.
