Thundercracker finally gets to make a movie - although it's Starscream who hires TC to make a heroic epic out of the mess that is Starscream's past. 

And it's as wonderfully hilarious as you'd expect.   

This is going to be a reread, no doubt.

No, wait, it probably could be.   But not by much. 

So.   Much.  Lessons.   So.  Obviously.   Told. 

Not only that, it was heavy handed with pretty much my least favorite Champion being the only one in play for most of this. 

Not a favorite by any means.

I loved this story about what Bruce Wayne and Alfred both mean to each other and will do for each other.   It was a story of family, willing to do anything for one another.   Unfortunately, the ending felt a like hokey, although completely in character.  

Hokey and heavy handed are what come to mind, but it's not quite that.  Taylor is too good to go either all out hokey or all out heavy handed, but I go to these words because I felt... emotionally manipulated in a way at the end.  I can't quite explain it correctly, but the ending left me feeling something was just slightly off, thus the reason I'm not giving this five stars. 

I knew this would focus on Misty Knight going in, but I was hoping there would be more Daredevil anyway, especially given the cover which featured him as much as her.   

I don't feel like this shed any real new light on Misty, either, so it was overall not my favorite DD story by far...
