Since being betrayed by their lover, Maribeth and Zander have struggled to find balance in their relationship until warm easygoing Graham catches their attention, unfortunately their traitorous ex isn’t done in this thrilling paranormal romance. Another intense and passionate visit to Vampire Territory was just what I needed to get my blood pumping and my heart pounding and Maribeth, Zander and Graham did a fantastic job of it as I felt that Graham made the perfect candidate for Zander and Maribeth’s threesome and I am highly anticipating my next trip to Vampire Territory.

OMFG!! What an intense read... Skyla has done it again. I couldn't put this bad boy down even if I tried. I swear my heart kept stopping all throughout the book, adrenaline pumping throughout my body, keeping me gripped inside the story. I finished Twisted last night & I'm still coming down from the effects on my body. 'Twisted' leaves off about a week after 'Broken' finshed, so if you haven't read 'Broken' do so.
Emily & Jai have this intense relationship brought on by being in the underground fighting ring together... Jai still trying to find his brother & Emily just holding onto her sanity, her humanity. Their dynamics change & become closer even when Skull fills Emily's mind with lies. I was shocked when I read The End of book 2... what a cliffhanger!! I can't wait to read what comes next for Emily & Jai... bring on book 3.
Finally on a team challenge of Book Shelf BINGO over on goodreads a shelf/cover got called that potentially gives us 4-in-a-row (we sure were collecting three in a row ones).
Today's shelf = "Two's Company" meaning two or more people on the cover.
This is the second book in a series; I really enjoyed the first one -- stories, pacing and characters -- so had preordered for it's May release and will now get around to reading.
Which, actually, is why I like doing the Book Shelf BINGOs normally (whittles the TBR).
This round I haven't been enjoying as much because so far the shelf calls have been more "Book Cover BINGO" than "Book Shelf BINGO" -- but I understand what with goodreads destroying shelf name displays on book pages making it extra difficult to where group added cover challenges. I just don't do books by the cover myself.
