Bound by Air begins a fascinating new sub series within the Zodiac Shifters. This fascinating new world is full of magic, unique and intriguing elements and shifters such as the Thunderbird shifter Troy Waman and his Romani Caster mate. The characters are strong, bold and easily draw readers into their world where they dazzle readers with lots of sizzling chemistry, flying sparks, hot passion and spontaneous laughter. The romance between these two is quite rocky and certainly not a sure thing as they clash almost constantly despite the undeniable heat that pulls them together.

The story is fast paced and flows smoothly throughout with lots of thrilling suspense, adrenaline pumping excitement and intense emotions. The tension builds as the disturbance that Troy is sent to investigate leaks some very evil and malevolent magic that has a woman trapped in its web and things escalate from there keeping readers hanging on to each and every word. An elite force of Zodiac shifters is a very intriguing concept so while I think the story could have been fleshed out a bit more and expanded, the first book is quite entertaining so readers will certainly want to visit this engaging world again and again.

I may be biased because I am an Ares but I am really liking these ram shifters and Ram Rugged is really tickled my fancy. Mary and Demitri are two really strong, wonderful characters that has some sizzling chemistry between them and they easily draw readers in. The romance is sweet and the passion is red hot, of course the relationship has a few bumps to get over, like quite a few secrets and then there is thrilling suspense of the danger that Mary is facing and what's more, this story provided quite a few chuckles and I really loved Colleen, she is something else.

Overall, this Zodiac Shifter story was well written, the author added depth and a little lagniappe with mythological elements that she spun into a great read and and I couldn't put the story down until I had read every last word. Oh and I should probably mention that I loved the outcome of the dangerous situation facing Mary, it is a really fitting end to the bad guy.

Stone Cursed is another great Highland Gargoyles story. It has strong, compelling characters that draw readers in and refuses to let go. Veda and Kai have sizzling chemistry and are easy to connect to which it makes readers want to know everything about them and how their happily ever after will work out. The story is fast paced with plenty of thrills and excitement as the couple escape from a bad witch with a greedy power hungry mindset and lots of emotional turmoil as they try to maneuver their way through their attraction and their issues that get in the way of their romantic journey that has some blazing hot passion to heat up the pages and their libidos which of course makes all that emotional angst lose its importance – which is how it should be right?.

Lisa always brings her sexy gargoyles to vivid life and her Highland Gargoyle world always keeps me glued to the pages, so the fact that I really enjoyed Stone Cursed, doesn’t surprise me at all, if fact it just makes me want more.

Ram Wild is a fun and adventurous romance that brings spice to the reader’s life. Everyone that reads the Zodiac Shifters series knows that there are lots of shifter variety to be found in the series and that each book is enhanced by the Zodiac mythology with each author’s books having their own unique elements that make them even more enjoyable for the readers.

Decadent Kane’s Ram Wild certainly has all of the above and while the story is full of suspense and thrills that keep readers on the edge of their seats with a pretty scary evil that needs to be vanquished and an unpredictable romance to sweeten the story, this book also has a ‘quest’ feel to the story that brings in the fun and adventure that I mentioned above which certainly spices things up.

Jace and Echo are strong, captivating characters that had me enthralled from the very beginning and held me hostage to the very end and I can’t wait to read more books in the Ares Cursed series of the Zodiac Shifters. Did I mention that I really love the Ares, curses, and ram shifters elements of the story because it is so very different from other stories and is in fact the first book that I have read about ram shifters.
