quote 2020-06-24 05:37
“Dylan’s eyes narrowed. “You can’t just kiss me and make everything better, ya know.”

“Yes, I can. The expression is ‘kiss and make up’ for a reason. And considering you just called me your boyfriend, I’d say that’s well within my right.”

Remember Me When
Remember Me When - Brooke Blaine

I really loved these two characters as well as the storyline developed here. For me this however felt a little flat in the character development and overall seemed rushed to conclusion. I am also not sure I fully understand the need to split this one book in half. Even for the 2-3 weeks separation between parts, it pulled me away from the characters and their story. And maybe that was in fact the point, as we were dealing with amnesia.

Overall a very sweet story with great leading men. Just wished we had gotten a little more depth into them as a couple as they grew back together.

Forget Me Not (The Unforgettable Duet Book 1)
Forget Me Not (The Unforgettable Duet Book 1) - Brooke Blaine My goodness. I really want the book #2, like ASAP. Mrs. Blaine killed me with that ending. So much feels. It's a bit sappy. But I don't mind.

Thank you, Van. :)

Wrapped Up In You - Ella Frank,Brooke Blaine

Carter loves the holidays.  His partner is a doctor, and worked straight through.  So he gets one heck of a surprise for Valentine's Day.

Vaughn has wanted to show Carter how much he cares.  This was just a simple way to show how much there is between them.  A way to show he is always on his mind.

This was a short and sweet story about real love that overcomes obstacles.  The characters bring much heat and adoration to each page.  I loved the sincerity that came across.  This author combo is always a must click for me, and this proved why.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
